Well, I just checked the Lexmark web site and the specs for this printer don't show support for Mac OS X. I cannot check the driver downloads page to see if there is a driver available, our surf control doesn't like something on the Z640 page.
Checking my MacBook Pro, there is a Z600 Series Printer folder, a Z600 Series Utility and a plugin (these are located in /Library/Printers/Lexmark) so it is likely that you already have the driver and just need to connect the printer to your Mac and add the printer via the Printer Setup Utility.
